At Fabiko, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation terms below.


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at shop@fabikofashion.com with your order number.

If the order is not yet processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


2. Order Already Shipped

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In that case, you may:

  • Wait for the delivery
  • Then request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy (within 7 days, tags must be intact)

3. Failed or Canceled Transactions

If your payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed successfully:

  • Please contact us with the transaction details.
  • We will verify and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Fabiko Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Incomplete or unverifiable address information

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
