1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be intact and not removed.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

4. Return Process

  1. Email us atshop@fabikofashion.com within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will guide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it as per the process above and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We’ll ensure it’s resolved promptly at no extra cost.
